How does ePoster work?
From abstract acceptance or author invitation to poster presentation on congress screens — four clear steps.
Abstract accepted or invitation sent
Authors with accepted poster abstracts in eAbstract gain automatic access, or organizers invite authors directly.
Author uploads and manages poster
Author uploads the poster PDF, adds supplementary materials, title and description through the ePoster dashboard.
Publisher approves and publishes
The congress publisher reviews the submission and publishes it to the event display system with a single action.
Presented on congress screens
The poster is displayed on dedicated high-resolution screens — vertical or horizontal — at the congress venue for attendees to view and rate.
Poster management as part of an ecosystem
ePoster® is part of the eCongress® ecosystem — the comprehensive suite for managing scientific congresses, conferences and academic events.
Posters are stored securely and are never publicly accessible on the internet. Only authorized users — authors, facilitators, publishers and screen operators — can access the content.
Secure private storage
Posters are never publicly indexed. Access requires authentication and explicit role assignment per event.
High-res congress screens
Congress displays can be configured as vertical (portrait) or horizontal (landscape) high-resolution screens for maximum visual impact.
Poster rating system
Organizers control the rating configuration — number of stars and scale. Attendees and facilitators rate posters, authors see their score in real time.
Supplementary materials
Authors can attach videos, datasets, links and additional files to complement the main poster PDF.
eAbstract integration
Abstracts accepted as poster type in eAbstract automatically unlock the author's ePoster submission workflow.
Standalone mode
Events that don't use eAbstract can use ePoster independently with dedicated facilitators, publishers and invited authors.
Implement ePoster in your congress
Join the eCongress® ecosystem and offer your authors a modern, secure digital poster experience — from submission to congress display.
